Apartment Amenities
Each apartment home is assigned one numbered parking space. Residents may have a maximum of two vehicles per unit. Additional vehicles must either rent an available parking space or park in approved unmarked parking areas. Guest parking is permitted in unmarked spaces only. Parking in assigned spaces, fire lanes, ADA spaces without proper permit, landscaped areas, or other restricted areas is prohibited. All vehicles must be operational, currently registered, and in compliance with state laws. Abandoned vehicles, vehicles with expired tags, inoperable vehicles, boats, RVs, trailers, campers, commercial vehicles, and recreational vehicles are not permitted on the property unless approved by management. Vehicle repairs and maintenance are not permitted on site. Unauthorized or improperly parked vehicles may be towed at the vehicle owner’s expense in accordance with Oregon law and community rules. Management reserves the right to update or enforce parking policies as needed.
